Once you have position all four limbs on the ground, move each foot in a manner wherein you are trying to climb a mountain. While climbing, position your knees that it get very close to your chest every time you move your feet. Push ups are good at improving your chest and it will be better if you do it with dumb bells. Simply hold a dumb bell with both hands and perform the regular push ups. The result of this exercise will be improved arms and shoulders which will make your bikini body look more sexy.
